Great shop. Came out for a mountain biking vacation from Ohio. we rented out bicycles from here and couldn't have been any happier. The bikes were gnarly and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I've said it in other reviews but I honestly hope to get back to St. George someday soon and if I do, I will definitely rent a mountain bike from Bicycles Unlimited again and probably head straight to the Bearclaw Poppy Trailhead. Thank you for making our vacation one of the best and memorable experiences to date!

Even though I didn't leave with a bike because they were out of stock it was a really awesome experience and will be back when they have bikes in my size back in stock!

Far and away the best bike shop I have ever stepped into. I was having some problems with a mountain bike I purchased out of town. Took it in, and the certified techs listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and gave my bike a quality look over. In less than a minute they had discovered the problem and had begun the repair. A few adjustments and aligning of the rim later, I was on my way. This shop has earned a customer for life! They truly are a small town family owned business with decade's of experience. They have been and I believe will be here for the long haul. Thank You for the excellent service and friendly staff.

We were on holidays from Calgary Alberta when our new Thule bike rack crapped out.I got in touch with Bicycles Unlimited to repair the rack but he could not, do he got ahold of Thule and they Fed Ex'd and bike rack.They were a life saver for us. No elitist attitude from these guys, and if they don't have what you need in stock, they'll get it quick. Their service is top-notch and done when they say it will be, but often sooner. Make this your shop, show a little loyalty, and they will take great care of you and your bikes!

We bought 3 brand new bikes from Bikes Unlimited. The experience was great and we were custom fit for each of the 3 bikes. Great experience! We highly recommend!

Mark has been fair, decent and tried hard to sell us the right bike for our needs. He is the most ethical person I've dealt with in the bike industry.

They fixed up my bike and even put on pegs. The servous is fast anf friendly and has lots to offer.

I have been here for all kinds of mountain bike servicing and have always felt that they've treated me fairly, well and have fixed all the issues I've had with my bike. They also answer any and all questions I have regarding bike care. I normally work with Jay, he is great! If you need any bike maintenance done or are looking to purchase a new bike this is your place!!

This is the best place to buy or rent a bicycle in St. George, period. The selection is fantastic and the staff is super helpful. Mark and the team were awesome. I came from out of town to buy a bike from them, and when I got delayed due to bad traffic from a wreck, they stayed open late just to help me. I have had 2 good experiences with this shop. The first we rented bikes for a goseberry ride. It pure rain the next day and they refunded us, appreciative we did not wreck the trails. The second was MTB shoe shopping, Mark was very helpful.

Visiting from Canada. Polite and speedy service; they provided advice on bike types and locations when we needed it, and made sure that we had everything necessary to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to quickly get out and enjoy St. George biking.

I have rented from them a few times and the rentals have always been really good. I just feel like they go out of their way to take car of us. I was really impressed with their service and the mountain bikes they rent are really good bikes.
