Fantastic service. I've had bad luck with flats, first the front then the back. The Warrantied me both times. So far less than an hour of riding and 2 flats. Hopefully I can make it a bit longer this time.

I have bought every bike I ever owned form these guys. With the knowledgeable staff and great selection I don't know why you would go anywhere else. Anything I need they get it done right and done quickly. I will always shop here.

These guys are awesome! I live out of town so I've rented a bike from them several times. Prices are great and their bikes are awesome but most importantly, they are interested in me having the best possible experience with their shop and their gear. They've been accommodating to limitations you'd expect from being on vacation. They've gone above and beyond to help me have the best experience. I'll recommend them every time and I'll rent from them every time.

Thanks to Nate for assembling our bikes and doing a little tune up before we hit the trails in St. George and the surrounding area. The shop was a wealth of knowledge and directed us where to ride even when we had a day of Pittsburgh weather in the desert. They fixed up my bike and even put on pegs. The servous is fast anf friendly and has lots to offer.

First off I never write reviews but because I love Bicycles Unlimited I have to write this one. I have been here for all kinds of mountain bike servicing and have always felt that they've treated me fairly, well and have fixed all the issues I've had with my bike. They also answer any and all questions I have regarding bike care. I normally work with Jay, he is great! If you need any bike maintenance done or are looking to purchase a new bike this is your place!!

Great service and very courteous, helpful, and friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable about bikes and how they work. When you bring your bike in for service it's a fast turn around time to get your bike back.

Mark has been fair, decent and tried hard to sell us the right bike for our needs. He is the most ethical person I've dealt with in the bike industry.

8 years I’ve been riding. 8 years I’ve been riding my fathers first ever bike (that is a 61 inch frame and is WAY to big for me) one week ago I walked into Bicycles United and spoke to Nate. Who is the only person my father will let touch his bike other than himself. (Obviously he is a big deal) We talked about performance and what I was looking for overall in a bike. He showed me all of options and told me to go home and do my research. By noon the next day I was in ordering my my new bike. No more than one week later it was here. After a very detailed personalized fitting by the owner Mark I was ready to ride. Needless to say I’m obsessed and have been on it everyday since!

Nate was super knowledgeable and kind!! Really made my visit amazing. He showed me all of the features and explained everything good to know on the bikes! He also introduced me to a great bike that's appropriate for my budget and my skill level. He also told me about their layaway program so I can take my time paying

No elitist attitude from these guys, and if they don't have what you need in stock, they'll get it quick. Their service is top-notch and done when they say it will be, but often sooner. Make this your shop, show a little loyalty, and they will take great care of you and your bikes!

These guys are amazing. I went to St. George for a conference, packing in the dark, I left my front wheel in the garage right where I took it off to pack the bike into the car. The bike tech found a wheel for me to borrow and put me on the "honor system" to bring it back. I enjoyed 3 days of beautiful weather and rides on my downtime from the conference. Thank you guys! I was humbled by my mistake - the gentleman that helped me was a true gentleman and a blessing.

Visiting from Canada. Polite and speedy service; they provided advice on bike types and locations when we needed it, and made sure that we had everything necessary to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to quickly get out and enjoy St. George biking.
