Consistently great service with knowledgeable staff. My older brothers frequently visited Bicycles Unlimited when we were teens, so when I wanted to get into biking more seriously a year ago, it was the first place I went. The staff were able to fit me to a bike that matches my personal needs, and they very patiently answered all my newbie questions. Every time I've gone in over the past year, they've been so helpful. This morning, I happened to have a pretty bad crash only a few blocks from the store, so I rode there, and the staff did a quick once-over on my bike despite being busy. I was even offered bandaids! They seem to really know their craft, and they care about their customers.

I had a last minute repair I needed done on a Christmas present, so I dropped by Bicycles Unlimited for some parts. Just as I walked in, an old lady came in with a tiny little kids bike to get the tube replaced. They said they weren't doing service this week, and told her she'd have to wait til after Christmas. I was about to walk out without purchasing anything because I was pretty upset about the idea of them not taking 10 minutes to help the lady out. Then the service guy came out and said he'd get it done right now if she could wait a few minutes. Faith in humanity partially restored. Kudos to a good guy in the service department!
