When it comes to St. George bike trails, Nephi’s Twist is one of the craziest downhill rides you can find (as the name implies). 

This trail is little-known, but it’s a lot of fun. With jumps, berms, drops, and exposed ridgelines, this is an intermediate-advanced trail that most experts love.
